Toehider frontman Mike Mills and his cover of the Kate Bush classic ‘Wuthering Heights’ have taken the internet by storm, racing to 300,000 views in just days.
The incredible vocal display sees Mills take on the track in its original key – which is very, very high. The video has made the rounds on social media as well as the online community Reddit, Huffington Post and even morning TV program Sunrise!

Mike Mills has gradually earned recognition for his formidable vocal talents around the globe. His guest vocals on the massive 2013 Ayreon release The Theory Of Everything have been lauded, and Toehider dropped a prog-metal cover of Mariah Catey’s All I Want For Christmas Is You late last year.

Toehider had a busy 2013, touring with Devin Townsend (CAN) & The Protomen (USA), and featuring at Melbourne’s Progfest and Sydney’s Featherfest events. They also released a single Whatever Makes You Feel Superior, taken from the forthcoming album What Kind of Creature Am I? which is due out in 2014.

Wuthering Heights remains Kate Bush’s best selling single, released in 1978.
