Brisbane alt-prog rock behemoth THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT have announced the supports for their upcoming Australian tour.

They will be joined by Melbourne’s SLEEP PARADE at all shows, with Sydney band TEAL to open the east coast shows, OPIA in Perth and DAY ON FIRE in Adelaide.

The Butterfly Effect are touring in support of their new single ‘Eyes Down‘. The track is the first to feature new vocalist Paul Galagher. Their recently released live DVD / documentary ‘Effected’ is out now

SLEEP PARADE are long-time OzProg favourites – 5 years since their debut record, they are back with a new album ‘Inside/Out’ and are coming right off the back of touring nationally with Dead Letter Circus & Closure in Moscow.

TEAL are new additions to the Bird’s Robe Records roster and themselves are celebrating their new ‘Hearth’ EP release, as well as a busy 2013 including shows with Twelve Foot Ninja, The Red Paintings and their own sold out headline show at Sydney’s Spectrum last week.
