Regarded as a visionary and one of the driving forces behind the modern progressive rock / metal movement, Steven Wilson, the man who created Porcupine Tree, is an eclectic and prolific artist. Witnessing a Steven Wilson live performance is to be engulfed by mind bending visuals and a bombastic aural surroundscape leaving audiences captivated and breathlessly longing for more.

Wilson has announced an Australian tour for October, taking in 3 east coast dates.

Wilson will primarily perform material from his much acclaimed new release, The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories) with a six-piece band – including himself – delivering the isolated instruments in four channel (or quadraphonic) surround sound, a feat that hasn’t been attempted since Pink Floyd’s heyday. He will also draw on Porcupine Tree classics, relieving patient PT fans of a long wait since their last visit.

Oct 2nd @ Billboard, Melbourne

Oct 3rd @ Metro Theatre, Sydney

Oct 5th @ Tivoli, Brisbane
